At a young age, Ilker took his first steps into the world of hairdressing in his father's shop. What started as curiosity soon grew into a true passion for the profession. The attention to detail, the interaction with clients, and the creation of a great look ensured that he wanted to learn and grow more.
From a small corner in his father's shop, Ilker gradually began building his own clientele. What started as a few haircuts slowly grew into a place where people came specifically for his style and way of working.
That passion continued to grow and eventually led to his own barbershop: NOIR.
Today, NOIR represents not just Ilker, but a team of barbers with the same mindset. Together with Okan, Jay, Breno, Darren, and Dani, he forms a tight-knit group that feels more like friends than colleagues. Every day, they work with the same energy and passion on the craft they all love.
Over the years, we noticed one thing: the products used in the barbershop to achieve the best results were not always easily available for home use. That is why the idea was born to develop professional barber products that everyone can use at home.
No products created based on trends or quick marketing, but based on real experience behind the chair. Products that we use ourselves, that we stand behind, and that we know exactly what they do.
